OverviewReporting to the Assistant Director of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), the candidate will support the TPRM Lead in TPRM policy, framework, programme and risk oversight.
The candidate will work with Synapxe Procurement, particularly the TPM-Enhance Programme (TPM-EP), an initiative to improve the effectiveness of third party and vendor management and governance.Role & ResponsibilitiesWork with Procurement & TPEM lead to enhance the current Synapxe-wide TPRM policy, framework, and governance including processes and tools.Support with Procurement to establish a central TPM inventory and necessary TPRM infrastructure including risk associated with onboarding and ongoing monitoring of third parties from a risk-domain perspective.Design and deliver RSG TPRM reporting including risk exposure to internal and external threats, compliance and residual risk to Synapxe.Incorporate GIA TPVM advisory audit (2024) recommendation.Support the TPRM governance model that provides ongoing monitoring and oversight of the risks posed by third parties.Work with Procurement to identify and escalate key items of concern regarding new and existing third parties, including potential concentration risks and chain-sourcing risk exposure.Provide TPRM guidance & promote awareness on third party risk management.RequirementsTertiary qualification.
