Reimagine the future of health together with us at & ResponsibilitiesDrive the development of HealthTech Instruction Manual ("HIM") policies and sub-policies for adoption by NHGManage the HIM policies and sub-policies compliance risk for NHGManage the operations of NHG IT / IT-Security Risk Management Committee and Working GroupsManage the HIM policies and sub-policies risk deviation process for NHGManage the NHG risk profile and maintain the Group risk register for ICT and Cybersecurity risksDevelop and drive regular monitoring and reporting of key risk indicatorsManage regular risk reporting and risk escalation to NHG Senior Management or NHG risk forumsPerform thematic reviews to ensure compliance with HIM policies, provide actionable recommendations, and engage stakeholders for implementationProvide timely communication to stakeholders on HIM policies and sub-policies for implementationProvide advisory to stakeholders on HIM policies and sub-policies requirementsConduct briefings and trainings on NHG risk management process to stakeholdersRequirementsMore than 8 years of experience in information / cybersecurity and risk managementExperience in leading cybersecurity risk assessment and risk reduction initiativesExperience in IT / IT-Security policy development and implementationExperience in driving IT-security thematic assessment and IT auditsGood knowledge and experience handling IT-security and cybersecurity auditsGood knowledge of experience driving compliance to meet cybersecurity regulatory requirementsGood problem analysis and resolution skillsGood stakeholder management skillsGood influencing skills within the team, department and across departmentsAbility to contribute through others, collaborate across seniority, cultures and locationsGood written and communication skills with ability to interact and engage with stakeholders and all levels of managementProactive and consistently show initiative, solution-orientedApply Now
