PurposeAs the Operations Manager, your focus is on fostering a positive guest experience, maximising revenue, and ensuring seamless and efficient operations across all areas of the property.

Primary ResponsibilitiesLead by example, collaborating closely with the General Manager and departmental leaders to efficiently manage operational needsEngage in forward planning and strategic thinking for future success to ensure profitable operation across all departmentsSet performance benchmarks and define expectations across departments to continuously enhance and uphold service standardsImplement and maintain safety protocols and security measures with guests, staff, and property in mindAddress and find solutions to operational issues and challengesProvide mentorship and guidance to empower teams in developing their own expertise and personal growth

Skills And ExperienceProven experience as a Department Head or Operations ManagerProven strong financial and business acumenGenuine and effective communicator, adept at managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersOutstanding organisational skills with a keen ability to prioritise tasks and respond promptlyPoised and composed, even in high-pressure situationsAble to accommodate a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
