Restaurant Brands is looking for an HR Operations Manager to lead our HR partnering function and drive effective employee and industrial relations outcomes across our business.
What You'll Do
Partner with the HR Director to deliver people strategies aligned with business goals
Lead the HR Business Partnering team and manage ER / IR frameworks and risk
Oversee personal grievances, whistleblower matters, and compliance reporting
Maintain and improve ER / IR reporting and analytics for senior leadership
Support union engagement and contribute to collective bargaining
Develop and implement HR policies that protect the business and support employees
Coach and support line managers in people leadership and compliance
Manage a high-performing team, championing company values and culture
What You'll Bring
Strong HR leadership experience, ideally gained in unionised, multi-site, fast-paced environments
Understanding of NZ employment legislation and ER best practice
Proven ability to manage risk and influence senior stakeholders
Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills
Commercially savvy with great data analysis ability
QuickServe Restaurant experience would be ideal but not essential
