Here's what you'll be involved in
As HR lead for NZ, this is a sole charge role where you'll balance your time between strategic and operational initiatives.
Engaging with senior leadership colleagues one minute, you'll then turn your hand coaching and providing operational advice the next.
Reporting to the HR Director based in Australia, you'll get autonomy whilst also support.
You'll be responsible for the NZ business of circa 100 people, mostly based in East Tamaki, whilst also getting opportunity to lead projects across NZ and Australia.
Skills and experience you'll bring
You're an experienced senior HR practitioner who brings a commercial lens to everything you do.
Well-honed stakeholder management and strong communication skills will see you quickly build credibility and trusting relationships across the business.
Your proven experience across the full HR remit will see you bring insights and fresh ideas, and a willingness to turn your hand to whatever comes your way.
Switched on and outcomes focused, you bring energy and focus to delivering a great people experience.
