Option 2 : Tuesday 7 : 00 AM – 11 : 00 AM, Friday 7 : 00 AM – 11 : 00 AM, Sunday 7 : 00 AM – 11 : 00 AM.

Responsibilities

Provide efficient, accurate, and friendly service during the checkout process.

Ensure a positive and satisfying customer shopping experience.

Operate in full alignment with company standards and policies.

What You'll Do

Deliver Efficient Checkout Service : Accurately scan and pack orders, minimise wait times, and handle refunds courteously.

Engage and Resolve Customer Needs : Create positive customer interactions, respond to queries, and escalat...

Support Cash Management : Assist with cash office activities including banking, reconciliations, and investigating variances.

Maintain Store Standards & Safety : Ensure store areas are clean, organised, uphold uniform standards, and prioritise safety protocols.

Contribute to Service Improvement : Provide feedback and ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
