Retail Store Assistant

Job Summary :

Natsons NZ Ltd is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Retail Store Assistants to join our team.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the store while delivering outstanding customer service.

Your responsibilities will include store maintenance, stock management, merchandising, and assisting with sales, all contributing to the overall success of our business.Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Assistance : Assist customers with their purchases, provide product recommendations, and ensure a high level of satisfaction by offering friendly, professional service.
• Product Labelling & Pricing : Label goods accurately and ensure that pricing is correctly displayed on all items.
• Store Maintenance & Merchandising : Ensure the store is maintained in excellent condition, upholding high visual merchandising standards.
• Supplier Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring smooth stock flow and effective communication.
• Operational Support : Assist in managing budgets, financial resources, and staff when required.

Participate in opening and closing the store, including performing security checks as necessary.
