The Role :

We’re looking for a Part-Time Retail Assistant to join our team at Auckland Airport for shifts on Sundays and Mondays, between 2 : 30 pm – 11 : 00 pm (16 hours a week). If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!

What You’ll Do :

  • Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
  • Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
  • Keep the store vibrant & well-stocked
  • Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
  • Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner

What We’re Looking For :

  • Passionate about customer service, sales, and rugby!
  • Confident communicator with a positive attitude
  • Well-groomed & professionally presented
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Flexible availability to work extra hours when needed
  • Own reliable transport
  • Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
