We’re looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our team at our Botany store. In this leadership role, you’ll take charge of the day‑to‑day operations, coach and develop your team, and drive the store to success. Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Foster a high‑performance culture through team motivation, training, and mentoring
- Monitor store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and visual merchandising to brand standards
- Manage rostering and control wage costs efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
- Support succession planning and team development to grow future leaders
