Location : Albany, Auckland, New Zealand

Employment Type : Permanent Part Time

Roster : Monday to Thursday 9 : 00am–12 : 00pm, Friday 8 : 30am–11 : 30am

About the Role

As Retail Operations Coordinator (Store Admin Assistant), you’ll be the go‑to person for all things admin, customer service support, stock control, and operational excellence. You’ll be the bridge between our team, our customers, and the systems that keep the store humming.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, friendly customer service
• Coordinate repairs, returns and credits with suppliers
• Coordinate Click & Collect like a logistical pro
• Manage laybys and vendor orders
• Keep stock levels accurate and up‑to‑date
• Roll out price changes, compliance tasks & safety audits
• Work hand‑in‑hand with store leadership, suppliers, and the support office
• Investigate stock discrepancies and report details
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for team and customers alike
