Operations Manager

We are looking for a full time and permanent, hard-working and reliable Operations Manager tp work in Auckland.

You will be required to work minimum 30 hours to maximum 45 hours from Monday-Saturday from 6AM to 8PM.

We need someone who is willing to commit to our company and is prepared to take the responsibility and run with it.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage delivery schedules or transport routes
• Ensure compliance with safety and emission standards
• Create work schedules and manage shift allocations
• Monitor operational budgets and control costs
• Generate performance and delivery reports
• Ensure a high level of service and satisfaction
• Maintain relationships with key clients or vendors
• Handle employees' complaints in an ethical manner.
• Ensure compliance of health and safety regulations.
