We are seeking a Full-time Customer Service Coordinator to assist with customer service, property management tasks, administration and assisting with the leasing of our student apartments at UniLodge Auckland Central

This role is a unique mix of front office reception, property management, and customer service and will give you a great opportunity to learn new skills in a supported learning environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week across a Monday to Friday roster.
  • Operate the day-to-day front desk reception area
  • Assist with the ongoing property management of our student apartments
  • Undertaking administration and reporting tasks for the property
  • Handling leasing duties and facilitate rent arrears collection
  • Conduct room inspections
  • Assist residents with enquiries related to their residency, studies, general needs and overall well-being
  • Liaise with third parties regarding building facilities management including maintenance, contract cleaners, security etc.
  • Be an active member of the emergency response team during shift times
  • Other responsibilities may include, but not be limited to :

  • Creating a friendly environment and delivering a positive resident experience.
  • Assist with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing,
  • Taking the initiative to monitor and report concerns and / or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalating as needed, and
  • Coordinating and execute administrative duties (including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.).
  • ABOUT YOU

  • Resilient, motivated and hands on
  • Has a genuine focus and passion in delivering outstanding customer service and having a “we care” approach
  • Good computer, written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Background in hospitality would be advantageous
  • Experience in a University Environment (desirable)
  • Experience with property management systems (highly regarded)
  • Be culturally aware and have an understanding of different cultures
  • Police Vetting (must be willing to obtain)
