6-month fixed term contract
Role Purpose
This role supports the NZA wholesale sales team in meeting revenue targets.
You will manage processes for contracts, promotions, and returns, analyze sales data, and prepare reports.
You will also help improve standard operating procedures and provide administrative support for sales meetings and tools.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple teams including Finance, Merchandising, Customer Service, Legal, and Data Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage wholesale customer processes such as contracts, promotions and rebates, returns, and accounts receivable follow-up.
Analyze sell-out data and prepare weekly presentations.
Develop wholesale sales plans and rolling forecasts.
Set up and improve standard operating procedures and train Account Managers when needed.
Provide administrative support for sales meetings and tools.
Collaborate with Finance, Merchandising, Customer Service, Legal, and Data Management teams.
What We're Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
Proven success in building strong cross-functional relationships and influencing stakeholders.
Strong commercial sense with experience analyzing sales data and KPIs to guide decisions.
Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative analysis to support business judgment.
Self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset and experience implementing process improvements.
Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems and sales processes.
Consumer-focused approach; retail experience is a plus.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are highly preferred.
