Job Summary :
Natsons NZ Limited has been an established supplier of denim and apparel to New Zealand since 1997 . We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the store while delivering outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include store maintenance, stock management, merchandising, and assisting with sales, all contributing to the overall success of our business.

Assist the Sales & Account Managers with daily administrative tasks, including data entry into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, filing, and managing correspondence.
Prepare, process, and track customer orders and sample requests, coordinating closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch and consignment organisation.
Maintain the New Lynn showroom, ensuring all apparel lines are immaculately presented, organised, and ready for client meetings and presentations. This includes setting up new collections and packing down old ones.
Compile basic market feedback from trade publications or online resources to support sales strategy development.
Handle basic incoming client queries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate Account Manager as needed.
