We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover parental leave. This role leads the Learning & Development and Organisational Development functions, driving national initiatives across recognition & reward, talent development, training, engagement, diversity & inclusion, and compliance. A key focus during this period will be on learning & development and reward & recognition .
