Centre Manager

We are looking for an extraordinary person to lead our team of highly skilled teachers at Grey Lynn Montessori by Busy Bees!

About us :

Licensed for 50 Tamariki, Grey Lynn Montessori is a boutique centre with a lovely homely feel. We offer an all-day Montessori Curriculum which supports and strengthens children’s ability to make their own discoveries and master skills at their own pace.

About you :

As a centre manager you will lead with heart and purpose – supporting and guiding a team of passionate teachers. You will be key in building strong community relationships, overseeing compliance management, mentoring and coaching and driving exceptional standards of teaching.

What we are looking for :

• You will hold a Level 7 ECE qualification with Full Teaching Registration
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• A passion for quality practice standards and commitment to the principles of Te Whāriki
• Familiarity with the NZ Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations and Code of Ethics
• A strong understanding of how to maintain and grow occupancy levels
