You'll manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role is key for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our development and delivery processes and bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex projects.What You'll DoImplement industry-standard approaches to project management across the organisation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standardsPlan, execute, monitor, and close key projects, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resourcesLead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across science, engineering, software, and quality managementAct as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectationsConvene and chair meetings, develop agendas, take minutes, and maintain comprehensive project documentationIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, addressing issues proactivelyManage budgets, resources, and dependencies to ensure successful deliveryCollaborate closely with Quality and Product Managers to maintain alignment with business goals and required standardsFacilitate continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and supporting change management activitiesAbout YouBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related fieldMBA, Master's in Project Management, or formal project management certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is highly desirableSubstantial experience managing complex projects, ideally within biotech, agriculture, engineering, or software / R&D environmentsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing prioritiesExcellent communication, organisation, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsSkilled in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or AsanaSolutions-focused, proactive, and able to identify issues and develop workable strategiesWhy Join Us?
