Find out more at SummaryWe are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact, site-specific initiatives over a 12-month fixed term period.

This role is critical to the successful execution of key projects and plays a central role in cross-functional collaboration, driving progress and promoting a culture of accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

You will be responsible for overseeing project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with business priorities.

In this role, you will report directly to the Plant Manager, working closely with the plant leadership team to ensure outcomes are delivered efficiently and effectively.ResponsibilitiesLeading the planning, execution, and delivery of key site projectsManaging site CAPEX spend and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetAligning machine operating requirements to optimise use and reduce costsEnsuring seamless integration of new equipment and processes into existing operationsChampioning health and safety practices across all project workstreamsProviding leadership, guidance, and mentoring to build team capability and confidenceCollaborating with peers to share knowledge and strengthen coordination and executionQualificationsProven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environmentHolds a relevant tertiary qualification (e.g Business, Engineering)Proven ability to manage several projects at once while moving easily between everyday tasks and long-term planningA sharp focus on delivery, with the ability to manage budgets and mitigate risksA collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionallyStrong leadership and stakeholder engagement and presentation skillsExcellent organisational and prioritisation abilitiesA demonstrated commitment to health and safety practicesAdditional InformationWhat's in it for you?
