Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact, site-specific initiatives over a 12-month fixed term period.
This role is critical to the successful execution of key projects and plays a central role in cross-functional collaboration, driving progress and promoting a culture of accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
You will be responsible for overseeing project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with business priorities.
In this role, you will report directly to the Plant Manager, working closely with the plant leadership team to ensure outcomes are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of key site projects
Managing site CAPEX spend and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Aligning machine operating requirements to optimise use and reduce costs
Ensuring seamless integration of new equipment and processes into existing operations
Championing health and safety practices across all project workstreams
Providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to build team capability and confidence
Collaborating with peers to share knowledge and strengthen coordination and execution.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role you will have :
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment
Holds a relevant tertiary qualification (e.g Business, Engineering)
Proven ability to manage several projects at once while moving easily between everyday tasks and long-term planning.
A sharp focus on delivery, with the ability to manage budgets and mitigate risks
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
A demonstrated commitment to health and safety practices
