The Role :

We’re excited to welcome a passionate and experienced individual to join the Just Another Fisherman family. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage our two flagship stores in the vibrant Auckland Central.

As our Area Retail and Merchandise Manager, you’ll be instrumental in creating an exceptional retail experience. You’ll lead a dedicated team of part-time and full-time staff across both locations. Your leadership drives sales, enhances visual merchandising, manages stock efficiently, and cultivates a positive and inclusive culture. Remuneration :

$60,000 to $70,000 PA, performance incentives, discounts on Just Another Fisherman clothing, and other brands in the group.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of part-time and full-time staff across two Auckland Central flagship stores.
• Drive sales and deliver an exceptional retail experience.
• Enhance visual merchandising and stock management to optimise store and product performance.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture and coach staff to achieve high performance.

Requirements : Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
