Retail Store Manager

We at CRR Investment Limited are looking for a result-driven Retail Store Manager responsible for managing our Petrol Stations based in Auckland.

Successful candidates should be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales targets and profitability goals, and manage staff effectively.

This position is permanent with a minimum 37 .5 hrs / week of work.Responsibilities include : Supervising Staff.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent serviceComplete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresIdeal candidates for this role should have : A qualification in Business Management (level 4 or higher) OR over 3 years' Managerial experience in Retail.A background in financial planning, employee recruitment, and retail management.Must be flexible enough to work on shifts in the evenings and over the weekendsTo express interest in this role, please upload a detailed CV and cover

Remuneration is negotiable for the right candidate, between$25.00-$32 per hour, depending on the number of years of experience.
