What you'll do
Champion Customer Service & Engagement : Be highly visible, engage customers with personalised assistance, and promptly resolve inquiries and complaints.
Ensure Store Presentation & Stock Quality : Monitor stock freshness and quality, ensure clean / organised shelves, and support overall store cleanliness.
Drive Promotional Execution : Implement promotional displays and signage, ensuring campaign alignment and accurate point-of-sale materials.
Support Smooth Operations : Collaborate effectively with the team ("Swarm") to achieve seamless daily operations and contribute to store objectives.
Prioritise Safety & Compliance : Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
