This role will help manage our busy phone lines and is responsible for providing quotes, establishing insurance policies, and assisting customers with changes and queries on their policy.You will be based in our stunning new central Auckland offices, where you will join a team that is passionate about providing the best experience to our customers.
This role has flexibility to work from home up to two days per week.

no weekend or night shifts!Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you would be responsible for :Delivering excellent service for all customersProviding timely and accurate responses over the phone and via e-mailEnsuring all documentation is up-to-date, accurate and correctly storedCoordinating administrative duties in between calls and emailsResolving customer complaints and / or objections within delegated authority to ensure best possible outcome for the customer and AssurantWorking effectively in a team environment, collaborating with others and sharing knowledge and skills to achieve team goals and objectiveAbout you :Previous customer service and / or call centre experienceAn interest or experience with classic cars / motorcycles / vehicles (highly desired!Previous experience in insurance and warranty (desirable but not essentialwe will train you!)Technology savvy and quick to learn new systemsProactive attitude and willingness to learnA pleasant and professional phone and email mannerGreat team playerAbility to meet service levels and individual KPI'sAbility to prioritise and multi-task effectivelyDecision making skills and ability to problem solveSound knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteTo apply :Please submit your resume accompanied by a cover letter detailing your suitability for the role.Don't miss your opportunity to be part of this successful team, apply now!
