Position : Full-time Customer Service Manager.
Employment type : Permanent Full Time.
Location : UniLodge Mayoral Drive Student Accommodation, Auckland.
Job Responsibilities
Operate the day-to-day front desk reception area.
Assist with the ongoing property management of our student apartments.
Undertake administration and reporting tasks for the property.
Handle leasing duties and facilitate rent arrears collection.
Conduct room inspections.
Assist residents with enquiries related to residency, studies, general needs and overall well-being.
Liaise with third parties regarding building facilities management, including maintenance, contract cleaners, security, etc.
Serve as an active member of the emergency response team during shift times.
Create a friendly environment and deliver a positive resident experience.
Take initiative to monitor and report concerns and / or issues relating to resident safety and well-being, escalating as needed.
Coordinate and execute administrative duties (including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.).
About You
Resilient, motivated and hands-on.
Has a genuine focus and passion for delivering outstanding customer service experience and a "we care" approach.
Good computer, written and verbal communication skills (essential).
Background in hospitality and / or student accommodation (advantageous).
Previous leadership experience in accommodation industry.
Experience in a university environment (highly regarded).
Experience with property management systems (highly regarded).
Be culturally aware and have an understanding of different cultures.
Police Vetting (must be willing to obtain).
