What you'll do

The Office Manager is responsible for owning and elevating the entire Ponsonby Support Office experience.

This pivotal role goes beyond day-to-day operations to proactively shape a best-in-class environment for both our team and visitors.

You will have full ownership of our unique workspace, leveraging analytical and strategic thinking to identify and drive improvements.

Your goal is to not only ensure the smooth running of the office, but also to implement solutions that align with the broader group workplace standardization strategy.

Specifically, the role will see you :

Manages the workspace budget and identifies cost-saving opportunities.

Negotiates with vendors to secure favorable terms and manages contracts.

Oversees all workspace activities including moves and tech upgrades.

Collaborates with the Facilities Maintenance team for office issues.

Continuously evaluates and improves workspace processes for efficiency and experience.

What you'll bring

You will bring a proactive, customer-centric mindset, acting as the primary owner of stakeholder satisfaction.

You will be accountable for using all available resources to cultivate a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement, ultimately delivering an outstanding, efficient, and welcoming office environment.

To be successful in this position, you will have :

5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within retail, supermarket, or FMCG.

Proficiency with Google Suite, particularly Calendar Manager.

A proven ability to navigate complex environments and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and building strong relationships.

Experience in a matrix structure, leading change initiatives, and thriving under pressure.
