About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our New Zealand team.
As a Business Development Manager, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our growth initiatives.
This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the commercial and infrastructure sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion.
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in commercial or infrastructure sectors.
Strong track record of closing sales and delivering results.
Good understanding of sales strategies and client relationship management.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
Auckland based.
Reporting to the Country Manager.
