Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a talented team of software developers. Build a collaborative, inclusive culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
• Set clear goals and track progress. Manage resources, estimate project needs, and oversee contract requirements.
• Guide development and management of key business platforms, including Data Management, Field Service Management, and CRM.
• Provide expert guidance to overcome complex technical challenges.
• Focus on internal and external customer needs to ensure outstanding business and customer outcomes.

What we are looking for

To be successful, you will have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field—or 10+ years of experience in software development. Proven experience leading high‑performing software engineering teams is essential.

Prior experience with Agile and traditional IT delivery, cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), CI / CD pipelines, containerisation, cyber assurance frameworks (NIST / ISO 2700x), and full‑stack development (Java / Python) is highly valued.
