About the role - Mō te tūranga
This is more than just a customer service job — it’s your entry into the dynamic world of freight and logistics. You’ll gain hands-on experience with our operations, systems, and customer base, making this the perfect launchpad for future roles in areas such as sales, claims and operations.
Key duties include :
Support our internal and external customers via phone, email and live chat.
Proactively look for ways to make things easier for our customers
Collaborate with internal teams
Deliver great outcomes
Resolve queries in a timely and professional manner
Deliver excellent results by achieving clear KPI targets
What will you bring? – Ōu Pūkenga?
To succeed in this role you’ll need to have a great attitude, a willingness to learn and a passion for delivering great customer service.
Additionally, you will bring :
2+ years’ experience in a similar role – call centre, reception, retail
Resilient and adaptable – able to work well under pressure
Great time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working with various computer systems and applications
Demonstrable problem-solving skills
Experience with Salesforce would be beneficial.
