Technical Customer Service Representative - National OfficePirtek New Zealand are looking for a Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team!

In this full-time position based in East Tamaki, Auckland, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our valued clients across New Zealand.What you'll be doing :

• Respond to incoming calls and enquiries from our Pirtek Franchises and Customers,
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products
• Troubleshoot issues and offer innovative solutions
• Provide advice and guidance on Pirtek's products and services
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
• Collaborate with the wider team to continuously improve the Customer Service function
• Proactively identify opportunities to add valueWhat we're looking for :
• Previous experience in a similar customer service or technical support role, ideally within a industrial or engineering setting
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional service
• Sound technical knowledge and the willingness to continuously learn about Pirtek's products and services
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
