Our mission is to make Life's Experiences Possible.Our In-Field Customer Service (Driver / Equipment Installer) team is Invacare's front-line link to Rentals customers.

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused individual to service clients in Auckland.

You will deliver and install Invacare equipment into patients\' homes, and uninstall and collect equipment to return to our base in Mount Wellington.You will be an energetic, people person with a strong desire to help others.

Key responsibilities include : Deliver and install Invacare equipment into patients\' homesUninstall and collect equipment and return it to the base in Mount WellingtonPlan and execute delivery / collection routes with minimal backtrackingMaintain safe and accurate handling of equipmentYou will need : A full, clean Class 1 driver\'s licenceThe ability to cope well under pressure and stay patient in Auckland trafficReliability and organization to manage time effectivelyWillingness to obtain Hep A & B vaccinationsGreat physical fitness; the role is physically demanding and involves heavy liftingExceptional customer service skillsAbility to pass criminal conviction check and drug and alcohol testingAbility to work as part of a team to achieve shared goalsWe value resilience, empathy and compassion as you will enter clients\' homes and may encounter patients at their most vulnerable.Hours and schedule : 40 hours per week, starting at 7 : 30am, Tuesday to Saturday, with occasional Mondays, overtime and rostered on-call work.Benefits for drivers include : Medical, Life and Disability insurance5% employer contributions to KiwiSaver (if eligible)3 paid and 3 unpaid volunteer days per annumWellness benefitsCompany bonus schemeWe are looking to hire quickly.
