Within our Propositions & Campaigns team, we bring together insights, strategy and creativity to design experiences that deepen relationships, open up new segment opportunities and fuel sustainable growth.We're looking for a Marketing Marketer to join us, someone who is customer-obsessed, commercially savvy, and excited by the challenge of turning strategy into seamless execution.

In this role, you'll be right at the heart of translating customer and product strategies into distinctive go-to-market plans and compelling campaigns.

You will work alongside some of the best in the business including Brand, CX, Proposition and Customer Marketing Managers and the wider Westpac and agency teams to bring ideas to life and deliver work that makes a real difference for New Zealanders.If you're ready to stretch your creativity, deliver impact and grow your career in a supportive and ambitious team, we'd love to hear from you.

What will you bring?

5+ years' experience within marketing, segments and / or within product proposition roles across large, complex organisations.

Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, while building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external creative, media, and research agencies.

A talent for simplifying complexity, conveying information clearly, influencing stakeholders, and shaping opportunities into actionable solutions.

Experience using research and data-led segmentation to draw actionable insights that shape marketing strategy and campaigns.

A growth mindset, with the drive to champion change and deliver results across a large organisation.

Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to working across multi-disciplinary teams.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field is essential.
