Overview

KiwiPlates, in partnership with the New Zealand Transport Agency markets and sells personalised numberplates in NZ. Our mission is to create happiness on the roads by allowing New Zealanders to express themselves. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy and new product development.

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy and new product development.

Outcomes You’ll Drive

• Strategy & Planning : Develop and own the annual marketing strategy and plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth targets.
• Brand : Elevate brand awareness, positioning, and consideration in the market.
• Campaigns : Lead partner agencies to develop and deliver memorable, creative, and effective marketing campaigns.
• Product Development : Work cross-functionally to develop, launch, and market new plate products that meet customer needs and deliver commercial results.
• Partner Strategy : Build and implement a partner marketing strategy that strengthens relationships, drives joint campaigns, and creates new growth opportunities.
• Growth : Drive measurable increases in brand awareness, consideration, plate sales and website traffic.
• Dealer Sales Enablement : Provide the dealer team with tools, campaigns, and insights that directly support dealer channel sales.
• Insights : Analyse results to demonstrate marketing’s impact, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Team Leadership : Lead, support, and mentor a Marketing Coordinator to ensure delivery excellence and professional growth.
• Budget management : Manage the marketing budget to ensure that activities align with planned spend.

Our ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys mentoring junior team members, flexing their strategic capability whilst also working hands on and leading the relationships with our agency Groupe partners.
