Job Summary
The NZ Trade Marketing & Marketing Manager, working closely with our Distribution partners, will lead the design and execution of our On- and Off-Trade strategy. This role is responsible for identifying customer and consumer needs by leveraging consumer insights, market data, and stakeholder feedback, and translating those into initiatives that showcase the strength of our global premium portfolio — including Corona Extra, Corona Cero, Stella Artois, Budweiser, Michelob Ultra, and Scrumpy.
Job Responsibilities
Executed in close partnership with the NZ Country Director & Distribution partners
- Identify opportunities to build brand equity and deliver commercial growth across all channels.
- Lead the design and execution of brand activation plans within joint business plans and annual plans for key customers, channels, and points of connection (POCs).
- Develop, refine, and manage trade execution initiatives and toolkits (e.g., promotions, POCM, in-store visibility).
- Oversee POCM material supply and demand planning .
- Manage the channel / trade promotion calendar for focus brands.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective trade execution and activation.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to craft compelling product selling stories for our focus brands.
- Manage and track the trade marketing budget (Joint ABI / Distributor S&M funds, as per contracts).

The role requires a self-starter who can manage projects, think strategically and independently, and operate effectively across a wide range of tasks.
2–3 years’ NZ-based experience , ideally within FMCG / CPG.Proven project management skills , including cross-functional collaboration.Familiarity with off-trade accounts and supplier–retailer relationships.Strong analytical ability : able to gather data, perform analysis, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and negotiate effectively.Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.Experience managing supply, stock, and promotional goods with vendors and warehouses.Results-driven mindset : proactive problem-solver who acts quickly.Proficiency in Excel with demonstrated ability to analyse data and leverage insights to design initiatives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
