We're partnering with them to find someone who can bring their brands to life in store, in field, and through creative shopper & brand activations that deliver commercial results and strengthen their presence with both trade and retail customers.About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Marketing Activations Manager to lead the planning, coordination and execution of all brand & shopper activations for Selleys NZ.
This role will be responsible for ensuring their activation programs maximise impact, align with brand strategy, and deliver on ROI.
You will work closely with leadership, marketing, sales / trade, customers (retail & trade), and external agencies.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the annual activations plan, ensuring alignment with brand, trade and commercial objectives.Deliver in-store, field and trade activations – including promotions, POS, events, retailer partnerships and sampling programs – from concept through to execution.Manage budgets, timelines, stock and logistics to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns.Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and external agencies to ensure activations are commercially effective and on brand.Track and evaluate performance of activations, reporting ROI and insights to shape future planning.What We're Looking For5+ years' experience in FMCG, retail or hardware across activations, trade or shopper marketing.Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.Commercially minded with proven experience delivering measurable sales or ROI outcomes.Skilled communicator and collaborator, confident managing stakeholders and external partners.Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas to shopper and trade engagement.What They OfferA key role in a strong, well-known brand with growing market opportunities.Collaborative and high-performance culture.Opportunity to innovate and make real impact in how Selleys is experienced in NZ.12-month fixed term contract with an attractive salary.How to ApplyPassionate about bringing brands to life in market, driving meaningful shopper engagement, and achieving results?
