We have 2 exciting opportunities to join our high-performing, collaborative team as a CEM Campaign Manager, based at North Wharf.

Lead the delivery of best-in-class omnichannel communications strategies and creative, with a focus on lifecycle and direct marketing.

Champion a 'customer-led' approach, ensuring every campaign enhances the customer experience and delivers to business outcomes.

Act as the point person between the studio, marketing, digital, product, and data teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives.

Manage competing priorities and timelines, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Build and maintain best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets for marketing, while fostering experimentation and a test-and-learn culture to continuously improve performance.

Create, adapt, and monitor ASB's always-on campaigns, ensuring they are intuitive, emotionally resonant, and deliver measurable results.

Contribute to the wider Brand & Marketing Practice culture, leading initiatives that build capability and championing a growth mindset and adaptability to change.

You will bring :

Proven experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, and direct marketing.

Experience with CRM platforms such as Onyx (internal), Salesforce, or Hubspot.

A passion for great creative and excellent creative brief writing skills.

Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and direct communication strategy design.

Natural curiosity, analytical thinking, and a love of process mixed with fantastic relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.

Clear, proactive communication and a strong sense of ownership.

Super well-organised, able to manage competing priorities and timelines.

An eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement.

Strong collaboration and self-sufficiency; you're a doer who takes a plan and puts it into action.
