What you’ll do | Hei mahi
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be to plan, develop & manage the activation and execution of all marketing campaigns in our stores. Partner closely with the internal stakeholders across the Group (including WW Australia, Operations, Store Design and Equipment) to develop and test concepts with a view to rolling them out across the network where appropriate.
Key Priorities for the role include :
Delivering a consistent, world-class customer experience to bring the Woolworths brand to life in our bricks and mortar stores.
Using data, customer insights and an understanding of purchase decision-making to constantly evolve, develop and improve our customer communication in our stores.
Enabling the highest standard of instore execution and nationwide consistency across the network inclusive of legal compliance and price ticketing.
Driving ongoing innovation to accurately reflect the business strategy.
Championing the use of sustainable printing practices and cost efficiencies.
Developing and managing key external relationships (eg with print suppliers) to ensure best-in-class delivery.

As our Marketing Manager, utilise your passion, data skills and knowledge of shopper journeys to deliver on in-store customer experiences. Champion sustainability principles, while ensuring alignment to budget, compliance and pricing strategies to deliver projects and test concepts in our brick and mortar stores.
Your specific experience will likely reflect :
Shopper marketing and print production experience
Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills to enable close collaboration with marketing campaign owners, the Operations team and Category managers to bring their projects to life in our stores.
A process-driven and detailed approach to project management
Good verbal and written communication skills
A curious and innovative mind
