Step into this pivotal role as
Proposition Marketing Manager
within our Brand & Marketing Practice.
You'll be responsible for :
Developing marketing strategies and value propositions, from ideation through to implementation and optimisation, supporting Tribe OKRs and Practice KPIs.
Leading creatively excellent above-the-line (ATL) marketing campaigns.
Collaborating with squads on priorities and supporting your team to deliver efficiently and to a high standard, within sprint timeframes and in accordance with risk gates and processes.
Ensuring regulatory and compliance obligations are met efficiently, with simple and clear messaging.
Managing and supporting squad members, proactively seeking new marketing opportunities to help meet Tribe objectives.
Providing strategic advice to drive commercial results for the Tribe and key portfolios.
Reporting on marketing activity, planning, and managing the marketing budget.

Marketing strategy : Develop and execute ATL marketing strategies for new and existing propositions.
Campaign leadership : Lead development, implementation, and optimisation of significant ATL marketing programs.
Creative excellence : Deliver best-in-class marketing execution, driving agency and internal partners.
