About the role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our messaging and communicating the value of BoardPro to our audience.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you'll be the key to aligning our product story with customer needs and market opportunities, elevating our voice, and helping customers connect with the value we offer.
Responsibilities
Product messaging and positioning : Create and maintain clear messaging frameworks, value propositions, and positioning statements that resonate with our diverse audience and align with our strategic goals.
Go-to-market and launch enablement : Collaborate with Product, Design, and Growth teams to plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates.
This includes producing supporting messaging, collateral and enablement materials, and ensuring consistency and clarity of messaging.
Support performance marketing : Align messaging with user pain points and product benefits to maximise engagement and conversion.
Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with Product, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to align messaging across the entire customer journey and ensure shared understanding and brand coherence.
Insights and continuous improvement : Use customer research, behavioral data, and competitive insights to inform your messaging decisions, while also testing and iterating based on performance and user feedback to continually improve effectiveness.
What you will bring to the role
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Strategy, or similar
A writer at heart- able to articulate ideas simply, clearly, and with precision
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, preferably in mid-market or nonprofit spaces
Proven ability to build messaging frameworks and lead cross-functional initiatives
Experience collaborating with product, sales, or growth marketing teams
Comfort switching between strategy and hands-on writing, from positioning docs to live ad copy
You see the full customer journey and think beyond campaigns to embed clear, consistent product narratives at every touchpoint
