As ourMarketing Manager KFC, you’ll report directly to the Marketing Director – KFCNZ and take the reins on high-impact brand strategy, integrated campaigns, and long-term growth initiatives. You’ll lead cross-functional, high performing teams with our agency partners to bring campaigns and business projects to life across multiple channels and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
This is a pivotal leadership role with a direct line into our 3–5-year strategic roadmap, sponsorship activations, and KFC’s annual brand planning cycle.
Some of your role scope includes :
- Lead annual brand planning and national brand campaigns
- Manage cross-functional projects and sponsorship activations
- Work closely with Yum! global teams
- Oversee budgets and ensure marketing delivers against AOP targets
- Develop and implement brand strategy to drive 3–5-year growth
- Lead annual planning across brand, media, and innovation
- Shape and manage our agency ecosystem for best-in-class delivery
- Use data and insights to inform direction and improve ROI
Ideally your experience would contain :
8+ years in marketing or brand management (retail / FMCG preferred)Strong strategic and commercial thinkingConfident leading cross-functional teams and agency partnersExperienced in campaign delivery, sponsorships, and PRStrong communication and project management skillsWhat we offer :
