You'll manage campaigns, digital growth, customer engagement, and brand consistency while working closely with the CEO, Procurement, and Operations Excellence teams.

You'll also manage key agency relationships and lead a Marketing Administrator, ensuring smooth delivery of day to day activity.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, and seasonal channels.Manage digital marketing and eCommerce growth, including website, social, and email.Use customer insights and data to optimise performance.Lead agency relationships (Creative, Media, Print) to deliver strong results.Own the marketing budget including forecasting, tracking, and spending efficiently.Key ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Experience in retail, FMCG, or eCommerce marketing with proven executional success.Strong background in campaign delivery, digital marketing, and eCommerce platforms.Hands on experience with Email, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social platforms.Analytical, data driven mindset with the ability to optimise campaigns for ROI.Proactive, resilient, and customer focused, with a "roll up your sleeves" approach.Previous experience managing direct reports is an advantage.What's in it for you?
