Responsibilities

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will contribute to creating a positive culture and supporting the restaurant team to succeed.

You will help deliver a great customer experience for every guest, drive operational excellence, and support the store manager in daily activities.

What you'll bring

Great customer service skills or an eagerness to learn

Energy, integrity, and drive to succeed

Ability to learn on the job with ongoing training provided in-store

Good communication skills to lead a team in store

Experience in retail or hospitality would be a bonus but more importantly you'll have an awesome attitude to learn
