Star Group is looking for an experienced brand leader to step into a 12–14-month parental leave cover as Head of Brand & Communications . You’ll lead brand strategy and execution across our master brands (Star Group, Star Social) and a portfolio of venue brands. With our brand foundations in place, the focus for 2026 is on strengthening positioning , growing brand value , and ensuring consistent delivery across all touchpoints, internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve brand strategy across all group and venue brands
• Deliver engaging brand campaigns, creative content, and consumer communications
• Lead key brand projects : venue launches, menu creative, signage, naming, and more
• Support the wider marketing team with brand clarity and creative direction
• Track performance and share insights with leadership
