Are you an aspiring store owner? This is a great opportunity to sink your teeth into a new challenge and work for an established store with a clear pathway to Store Management. Work closely with and be mentored by a hands‑on senior leadership team. Drive growth and control store operations in partnership with the SLT. Leadership capability you can demonstrate to lead, inspire, and develop our team. Proven management experience in a retail environment across Dry Goods and Fresh Food Departments. A hands‑on leader who enjoys getting involved in store operations and financials and setting departments and leaders up to succeed. Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of SAP. Physically fit and able to meet the demands of a busy supermarket environment.

- Ensuring strong stock control, purchasing, and supplier management practices.
- Maintaining compliance with food safety and health & safety requirements.
- Coaching, developing, and performance-managing your team to build capability and succession.
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences every day.
