We’re passionate about creating a welcoming environment for our customers, and we’re looking for two dedicated Restaurant Managers to help lead our team : one for day shifts and one for night shifts.

About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager at Roco Papaz, you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations, staff management, and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead by example, ensuring every shift runs smoothly, efficiently, and with the vibrant energy our brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service excellence
• Manage, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen teams
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and control costs
• Handle rosters, shift planning, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Support marketing initiatives, events, and promotions to grow the business
