Job Title

Bar Manager – Auckland

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver exceptional service and create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships and maintain cost‑effective operations while maintaining high standards.
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety and alcohol service regulations in line with New Zealand laws.
• Collaborate with the F&B Supervisor to develop creative drink menus, seasonal offerings and promotional events.
• Monitor team performance, provide training and coaching, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive revenue through upselling, community engagement and innovative bar experiences that reflect the JO&JOE spirit.
