In this customer-facing role, you'll assist new parents and caregivers with car seat installation and safety guidance.What You'll Be DoingInstallation Wizard : Safely install car seats with precision in customer vehicles, following Baby Bunting's Installation Principles.Customer Service Excellence : Welcome families and answer car seat safety questions, demonstrating how to install seats correctly.Safety Expert : Educate parents on do's and don'ts of car seat use; stay up-to-date with safety regulations and guidelines to ensure high safety standards.Store Support : Assist with in-store tasks such as inventory, product demonstrations, and sharing child safety knowledge with the team.What We're Looking ForNo experience required.

If you're physically fit, can access and work with cars' clip and restraint systems, and are willing to learn, we provide full training and certifications.A passion for safety and helping little ones travel securely.Friendly, approachable attitude with the ability to explain technical details simply.Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.Why Baby Bunting?
