We're looking for a driven Procurement Specialist to join our high-performing team at the heart of it all.ResponsibilitiesLead procurement strategies for major construction and infrastructure projectsManage end-to-end tendering processes, including evaluation and negotiationCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and legal teams to ensure procurement best practicesEnsure compliance with internal policies and public sector standardsMonitor supplier performance and maintain strong contractor relationshipsDrive cost-efficiency, innovation, and sustainability through smart procurementAbout YouYou'll be someone who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and understands the nuances of public-sector and capital project procurement.5+ years\' experience in procurement, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or public-sector environmentsProven track record of managing large-scale tenders and contractsStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsKnowledge of NZ procurement rules and construction contract frameworks (e.g. NZS3910, NEC)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsA relevant tertiary qualification (Procurement, Engineering, Law, or Business preferred)What's on OfferWork on nationally significant construction projectsJoin a collaborative, purpose-driven procurement teamCompetitive salary + benefits + professional developmentA chance to make your mark on infrastructure that impacts millions of people annuallyApplyReady to take your procurement career to new heights?
