Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the airport\'s objectives and stakeholders\' needs.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with suppliers, ensuring value for money.
Monitor supplier performance and compliance, addressing any issues or concerns proactively.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting related to procurement activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify procurement requirements and facilitate decision-making.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar procurement role, preferably in the aviation or infrastructure sectors.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and negotiation techniques.
Excellent analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to sourcing and supplier evaluation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Relevant qualifications in procurement, business administration, or a related field are preferred.
