We are looking for passionate retail managers for our

Manukau

If you have experience in retail operations, team leadership, and customer service, we want to hear from you!

This role involves leading, inspiring, and coaching a team, including an Assistant Store Manager, focusing on sales, KPIs, customer engagement, and team development.

You will work with your Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth.

The role & responsibilities :

Manage store operations to meet sales targets, KPIs, visual standards, stock, wages, and shrinkage

Motivate your team to meet performance and value targets

Monitor sales daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly; recognize achievements and address gaps

Control wages in line with targets and rostering standards

Coach and develop your team, ensuring training and succession planning

Maintain OH&S compliance according to legislation

To succeed in this role, you should have :

Experience as an Assistant or Store Manager in a fast-paced environment

A proactive, motivated attitude

Leadership skills to inspire and succeed

Strategic thinking to identify opportunities and drive sales

Operational expertise in stock control and visual merchandising

Experience managing rosters and wages
