We are looking for passionate retail managers for our Platypus stores in Manukau . If you have experience in retail operations, team leadership, and customer service, we want to hear from you!

This role involves leading, inspiring, and coaching a team, including an Assistant Store Manager, focusing on sales, KPIs, customer engagement, and team development. You will work with your Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth.

The role & responsibilities :

• Manage store operations to meet sales targets, KPIs, visual standards, stock, wages, and shrinkage
• Motivate your team to meet performance and value targets
• Monitor sales daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly; recognize achievements and address gaps
• Control wages in line with targets and rostering standards
• Coach and develop your team, ensuring training and succession planning
• Maintain OH&S compliance according to legislation
