This requires having a strong sense of business acumen alongside deep expertise and experience in modern leadership and ways of working.The role involves leading and managing transformational delivery including teaching, coaching and mentoring senior leaders and their teams.

This often involves leading teams from launch through growth, and reaching high performance.
